Fileinvite is introducing a major improvement to our form-fill system
We are transitioning to the Nutrient platform on February 27th, bringing enhanced features such as data extraction from images and scanned documents, along with better customization options for template creation. Additionally, our new form technology offers an improved signing experience on mobile devices.
What You Need to Do
To continue using Fileinvite seamlessly, you must update your form requests in templates to the new system. Below, we outline the steps required to update your templates.
How to Update Your Template to the New Form Request
-
Log in to your Fileinvite account.
-
Navigate to Templates in the dashboard.
-
Select the template you want to update.
-
For each existing form request in the template, create a new request, upload the original form file, and re-create the form fields.
- Once you've recreated the form request under a new request save the new request and then delete the old form request.
-
Save your updated template.
-
Test the new form request to ensure proper functionality.
