NEW FEATURE
Un-Archive Invite
We've introduced a new feature that allows you to un-archive invites, bringing them back into active status for further action. This provides more flexibility when dealing with revived deals or reopened workflows.
Key Features:
-
Un-Archive Option in Invite Actions:
You can now un-archive an invite directly from the Invite Actions menu, making it easier to restore archived invites without additional steps. -
Point of Contact (POC) Selection:
When un-archiving, you must select a valid Point of Contact (POC) from your team. This ensures that the invite is assigned correctly before it’s brought back into action. -
Due Date Confirmation:
The invite will require a valid due date when being un-archived. If the due date is in the past, an error message will appear, preventing the invite from being restored until corrected. -
Notification Options:
When un-archiving, you can choose whether to notify the involved contacts. If notifications are enabled, they will be sent to the POC, watchers, and assignees. -
Activity Log Update:
Every action of un-archiving is logged in the activity log, providing transparency and tracking for the invite’s history.
Un-Archive Details:
-
Reopening Invitations:
The un-archiving feature is designed to streamline the process of reopening invitations when deals are revived or workflows are resumed. -
User Role Permissions:
Only Organization Owners and Admins have access to the un-archive feature. Users with the Viewer role will not see this option. -
Toast Notifications:
Once an invite is successfully un-archived, a toast notification will confirm the action and provide a link to view the restored invite in the Manage Invites page.
How to Use:
To un-archive an invite, follow these steps:
-
Navigate to the Archived Invites section.
-
Select the invite you wish to un-archive.
-
Click the "Un-archive Invite" option from the Invite Actions menu.
-
Confirm the POC and set a valid due date.
-
Choose whether to notify the contacts involved.
