      Download All Uploaded Files as a ZIP - Fileinvite for Lending Help

      Learn how to download both the PDF and original copies of all files from an Invite, bundled into a single ZIP folder. This method allows you to access all files at once, saving time and effort.

      Important Notes

      • Large Invites: The ZIP service may not work for Invites with more than 30 files. For such cases, consider connecting a cloud service to upload files directly there.

      Steps to Download All Files as a ZIP

      1. Open the Invite

      • Navigate to your FileInvite Dashboard.
      • From the sidebar, select Invites > Manage Invites.
      • Locate the Invite 

      2. Download Files

      • Click the Invite Actions dropdown in the top-right corner.
      • Select Download All to download everyone’s files as a ZIP.


      Extracting the ZIP Folder

      On Windows

      1. Open the folder where the ZIP file is saved (usually Downloads).
      2. Select the ZIP folder by clicking it once.
      3. In the File Explorer, click the Extract tab at the top and choose Extract All.
      4. Follow the prompt to select a location to save the extracted files.
      5. Access the extracted files:
        • The Original folder contains files in their original format.
        • The PDF folder contains converted PDF copies.

      On macOS

      1. Open the folder where the ZIP file is saved (usually Downloads).
      2. Double-click the ZIP file.
      3. A new folder containing the extracted files will appear in the same location.
      4. Access the extracted files:
        • The Original folder contains files in their original format.
        • The PDF folder contains converted PDF copies.
