To set up Custom Domains, we require a technical contact at your organization who is familiar with updating DNS Records on a server.
After the feature has been requested, you will receive an Invite to fill out a Custom URL Information document requiring:
Your desired Custom Subdomain (i.e. documents.bobsmith.com)
A Custom Email Address (i.e. documents@bobsmith.com)
Business Registration Details; and,
Your Domain's Admin Address (required for Domain Verification Details)
Please provide your IT representativeās email address and contact number for us to get in touch to complete the custom setup.
Optional: You may use the same entry for Custom Subdomain and Email Address if you wish.
Here's an example of how it will look like:
ādocuments@yourdomain.comā is the Custom Email Address
ādocumentsā is the Subdomain, which is also customizable.
