This update contains tweaks, and minor enhancements to the FileInvite platform.

Bug Fix: Template Auto Data Deletion Not Working

Summary:
A bug was identified where invites set up with auto-deletion were not being deleted after the configured period. This issue was reported by multiple users, even when the settings were correctly applied.

Fix Details:

• Resolved an issue where invites with auto-deletion settings did not delete after the due date + 1 day.
• Improved backend processing to ensure deletion tasks execute correctly based on configured settings.
• Validated the functionality across test environments to confirm proper auto-deletion behavior.

Additionally, a Bonus Task was completed:

• The API documentation was updated to include all environment-specific URLs (e.g., US, UK, Test) instead of only api.fileinvite.com.

These improvements ensure that auto-deletion functions as expected and that API users have clear guidance on environment URLs.

Bug Fix: Files Not Syncing to OneDrive

We have addressed an issue where files were not syncing to OneDrive despite the integration being set up correctly and no visible errors appearing in the system.

Fix Details:

• Improved logging and error handling for OneDrive integration to better diagnose syncing issues.

With great reluctance and internal debate, we have settled on a required price change to our plans and addons. Since launching FileInvite in 2015, we have never once increased our pricing. Our product has come a long way since then, and due to storage and supplier costs mounting, we have finally had to raise our prices by a small amount.

All plans are being increased by $6.99 per user i.e. Lite & Pro will just increase by $6.99, Multi will increase by $20.99 + $6.99 per additional user
