How to edit the notification messages you receive about your sent invites
How to modify your Alerts Settings so you can track the activity on your invites. This guide will show you how to turn certain Email and SMS alerts off/on that the Sender of an Invite receives.

1. Go to Settings > Preferences in the main menu
2. Go to the Notifications tab
3. Under Notifications, customize the notifications that you want to receive by turning them ON or OFF.
- Invite Activity: Receive timely updates when information is added to an invite. Notifications are triggered whenever new activity is detected within a two-hour window, keeping you informed of any recent changes or uploads. This system ensures you stay updated on invite activity while minimizing unnecessary alerts.
- Invite Completed: You’ll receive a notification when all the requests in an invite have been filled with the necessary information, ensuring you’re informed as soon as the invite has been fully addressed. Additionally, if the recipient clicks the I'm Finished ✓ button, signaling they’ve finished submitting all required documents or data, you’ll also be notified immediately.
- Invite Due Date: You'll receive a timely notification on the exact day an invite is due. This reminder ensures that you're aware of the deadline and can follow up or take necessary actions promptly. By staying informed about due dates, you can efficiently manage invites and ensure that no pending tasks are overlooked.
- Invite First Viewed: You’ll receive a notification the moment a recipient views an Invite for the first time. This alert ensures you’re aware that the invite has been accessed, allowing you to track engagement and confirm that the recipient has begun interacting with your Invite.
Note: For SMS messages to work a valid International number must be entered under Settings > Profile
4. Once happy with your alerts don't forget to click Save Settings.
