FileInvite borrower portal is getting a new look

We've completely redesigned the borrower portal to create a faster, more intuitive document collection experience

Why we're making this change

As lending workflows become more complex, borrowers are often working through larger document checklists. The new portal is built to handle high-volume document collections, making the experience clearer and less overwhelming for your borrowers regardless of how many requests are on an invite.

We're also addressing branding, the new layout gives your institution's branding more intentional placement, so your borrowers are met with a more polished, on-brand experience from the moment they open their Portal.

A cleaner, more intuitive experience - the new portal has been redesigned from the ground up with a modern layout that makes navigating document requests feel straightforward, not overwhelming

Dedicated request pages - each document request now opens on its own page rather than expanding in-place, giving borrowers more space and clarity to focus on exactly what's needed from them.

What's not changing

The way you create and manage Invites in FileInvite is unchanged. Your templates, requests, reminders, and settings all carry over - your borrowers will simply see them presented in the new design.
