Adding your Branding

If your Fileinvite Login URL ends in fileinvite.com, please use this knowledge base instead.
Branding options are available only to users with an Organisation Owner or Admin role. Learn more about user roles and permissions here.

Note: The logo images can be a JPG, PNG, or JPEG file, up to 300 kb and 250 x 50 pixels.

Click Logo to expand the section, then click Upload Logo to upload your organisation's logo.

Logo requirements:

The preview panel on the right updates in real time to show how your logo will appear to borrowers.

Note: If you've uploaded a logo but it's not appearing in your Invites, ensure it meets the requirements above.

Click Colours to expand the section. You can set two colours for your branding:

Main Colour — applies to the menu and login screen. Enter a hex colour code or click the colour swatch to select a colour.
Accent Colour — applies to buttons and icons throughout the portal. Enter a hex colour code or click the colour swatch to select a colour.

Use the CLIENT PORTAL and EMAIL tabs in the preview panel on the right to see how your branding will appear across different touchpoints:

CLIENT PORTAL — shows how your logo and colours appear in the borrower's portal, including the sidebar, buttons, and icons
EMAIL — shows how your logo and colours appear in borrower email notifications, including the header and call-to-action button

When you are happy with your branding, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

Note: When updating your branding, changes may take a few minutes to propagate across the system.
