To let contacts know that Invites are coming from you, add a logo and custom color to your Invites.
- If your Fileinvite Login URL ends in fileinvite.com, please use this knowledge base instead.
- Branding options are available only to users with an Organisation Owner or Admin role. Learn more about user roles and permissions here.
Go to Settings / Branding along the left, and enable Custom Branding. Upload a logo image and set a branding color.
Note: The logo images can be a JPG, PNG, or JPEG file, up to 300 kb and 250 x 50 pixels.
You have the option to toggle previews between the client portal and email notifications views.
Once done, save your settings.
