Once you have created and sent an Invite, monitor their progress and communicate with clients to ensure the correct files are provided, easily and on time.

Invite Overview page
You can access the Invite Overview page as soon as you send a FileInvite by clicking the View your new FileInvite button
✨Tip: You can also access the Invite Overview page at any time by going to Invites and then clicking on the Invite you would like to view
The Invite Overview page will keep you up-to-date with any changes made to requests with information, such as:
- Invite due date
- Contact information
- Pending file requests
- Progress of each Contact
On the Invite Overview page, the status of the request will update as your client starts to work on it
Hover over the Requests progress bar to see at a glass what has been completed.
You will also receive an email notification when information is added
Review all the Requests and returned content in detail by going to the Requests tab
Click each Request to reveal the status and files that have been uploaded
This feature will allow you to directly message your clients to discuss the information you have requested from them. Messaging in FileInvite will ensure your emails aren't getting buried in clients' inboxes and keeps all the discussion in one place.
Click the Messages tab on the Invite Overview page to access messages
If your client sends you a message you will be notified by email and you can reply from the Messages tab
